The general function of sm ±art Watch

It's beautiful with smart watch. It§→ ® weighs only 1.27 ounces, ∑λwith sparkling stainless steel b>ezel and soft silicone watch band. '₹My tester uses brilliant ocea✘ε₹n green ocean tones, but you can als®®βo use soft pink, white a ☆nd gold and black watches.

The 43 millimeter smart watch is suit♣φλ★able for my wrist. It has a >"218 x 218 resolution display scree™↑™n under polyamide glass and cu™Ωstomizable watch dial, and I find it di∑ ←fficult to read the face i§&ndoors, but it does have a LED ‌∏backlight that can solve this rea₩©dability, like any multi-functional ‍÷watch, which can be wΩαaterproof up to 30 meters and ha÷÷ve an optical heart rate monitor. It ta>§kes about an hour to rechar₩‌γ¥ge. This smart watch also has ε₽β♦GPS tracking training, and I find t♣Ωhat I have to charge eve↕✔ry three to four days.

Use five buttons to navigat≈β≠♣e the watch around the ↔<₹face, not the touchscreen. I find navig γation easy because this button has on£÷ly one function. You can turn on theα↓$ backlight, gently roll the list of t≈ → raining logs in your watch, and use th•‍♥e function of timer a∏ ₩¥nd stopwatch. You can al₹¥so see the current and historical heart★ ♦ rate, body condition, "¥↕ sleep counter, calorie cΩ≥ount, calorie consumption, tr♠±©φaining plan and my overall health le↔♥≤vel.

I tested a few weeks ‌←of running, hiking, treadmill and swimm¥∏♦→ing for almost a few w€®eeks, and almost couldn't catch itλ↕. After all, this watch has 70 pre☆₽‍↔programmed models, from s•β↓kis to golf and so on. The watc→∑h records the specific"'♦ data of each activity,  ✔such as the running rhythm, the swimmin€σg efficiency score, but if yo♠♥✘‌u carry the cell phone with you, it§>& can scan your location data to draw t±↕↑♠he route and the elevation c≠α hange, and you can also enabl λ×βe the sleep tracking on the wa÷♣tch. Although the total nu<÷εmber of sleep hours was the same βφ¶♥as the hours recorded by the sl§<eep mats, the quality of sleep reco∑♠rded by this watch was signifiΩ®‍ cantly lower, and whe©φ"✔n I fell asleep, I ha>←≈d to hold my arm.

The watch's optical ε✔↑heart rate monitor is accurate★φ and consistent with ↓₽♣®the heart rate measurements of other s≠£ports watches that I've seen, β★but this step makes me crazy. Wλ‍✔&henever I move my arm, this watch makes≥₹© it a step; in the past few weeks,δφ ∑ I saw my steps hurr αied to the post office and↓☆ brushing my teeth. Or working on my coπ™™mputer; connecting my watch to GP§¥•♦S can help you, in the past few weeks₹★, the number of steps has fallen, be ‍$cause it has gradually a ₩‍dapted to my habits. But it's st☆≠  ill not the exact measure of my da£✘y's activity. The best ₽₽feature of the watch is the adapti∑€ve training program, as long as¥$↓₽ you enter your height and ®★weight, and combine all th∑±₽φe health data in the exerc"↓§☆ise process with the hear★≠≤↓t rate variability and∑ ↔© the previous exercise data into☆≠" a time and intensity target v>§alue for every 7 days. Calculate onc↔€♠εe to improve your overall healtδ>h level, according to your health meas↑←urement, or the amount of oxygen•✘β you can use during e€™xercise.

You can't tailor your tra✘☆Ω★ining plan according to your pe®ε×rsonal goals. For example, you can'¶∑;t tell it you want to run 5K or 5 poγπ¶unds. But this watch really adapts ♦♠‌"to your schedule and how you feel eve₩♥Ωry day. If I date a friend on↔φ™✔ Thursday, I'll start workinΩ≈g on Tuesday and Wednesday,Ω§ and if my son wakes up four times&€ a night, I'll be stressed and e∞≥♣xhausted and skip my eveσ♣↑ning running. 3 fitness records, al♠§l of watch can be used♥ ∞$ to adjust your exercise pla★≤n accordingly.
