I wonder if we have ever seen stopwatch☆™ in the gym or a mobi←↑☆↓le phone in each group to m€♠®anipulate the rest time to prac∞±α¥tice. Do you find it§<§ strange? Not this is actually a λ>βbetter way!

In a sense, it's more importan±∞t to have a good grasp of₽≠ the rest of the group than a few set↕₹σs of comments. It's strange λδ↑₽that the bottom point is rarely se>₩★en in gym to see someone using stopwat®★  ch to exercise, and to practice it by♠®→™ feeling it is not appropriate$δ§ for most of the people who haven't♥£♣$ reached a high level. AlthoΩ↑ugh the rest of the gro♦☆↕up depends on the practice and the a←≈♦ction, and can be adjusted acc↔≤ording to the individual situation, β♦γI think it is a hooligan €↓without the rest of the organiz ₽∞ation or the exercise plan for the rest↕→₹ of the group.

Brief introduction to the general♣• organization: a large joint movement ♦♣of 1 and a half to 2 minutes or more↑β™÷; medium component multi joint ←±∞movements and large single joinφ♣₩t movements from 1 to 1 and a ₩♣←half; middle and low ✔Ωweight principles are≥≠∞" more inclined to muscle end ≤urance from 30 to 1 points, and see t↕®♣&hat they exercise this, if fr'σ™uit does not carry sports stopwatch t∞↓o exercise. It's hard to <£δ÷record time.

If your policy is that each group mus↓&t complete a certain£™ number of times or compl$'etely strength, then the rest¥×♣™ of the group can alwayπ>s be added to the degree you feel you n ♠✘∏eed, usually set stopwatch forΩε 3-5 minutes. My personal woφ'rds, regardless of the po÷π★♣licy of the stage, the first m∞ 'σulti - joint action, a" ∞nd the rest of the group areσ"↕λ usually around threeλ→ minutes, and if your practice is more ∞↑‍muscular or congested, the multi - join§♣t movement can also lower the res§φ≠t time appropriately t♦✔"o let the practice enter the  →state earlier.

So it's not sure, but one thing is &<that no matter how long you take₩↓ between groups, you c∑≠♦an use the same or similar grouφΩ€©p of rest organizations every w‌®eek in a continuous period‍λ © of time. After having pasεε¥sed the novice period, it is imp♥ ossible to make any significan γ<≤t progress in each exercise. Maybe onl₽₽"y the same weight is donα®>e more than once.

If you're not going to control↕' the rest of the group by  ∑πfeeling, you don't know that evα↓♠γen if you go ahead, you don't knoλ¥€w that it's because of t←₩he rest of the rest of the₹§Ωα rest of the day that is really gettiγ$♠ng ahead, and you can't do the righ• t exercise to make a weigh• t adjustment, and that's the ke☆εy to keep you going. It's₹&☆ not the same concept that the 1 mi∏±≠‍nute rest of the rest of the rest ""αof the 1 minutes and t™♥¥&he 3 - minute rest and the 3 - minu₽∏<te rest end is not the sa"Ωme concept. If so, if the'★π stopwatch is not in control ♣✘<βfor the rest of the group, doe<±βs it really affect the qu÷®ality of your practice and the final ♠±results?

So my idea for us is to count t∏€γ×he rest between groups aft↑&€er the end of each group. Y  ou can make fine adjustments ♣→≈ based on your own practi♦✔δce and not need to be acc♣♦÷urate to the second, but it is s ↓©till a better practice to have a∏₩ general grasp of the <®€™situation, and the rest of the grou↕☆p with cell phone or stopwatch buckπ♠‌$le in other exercises can also l♦•≥et you see it. To be more prγ✔δofessional, why not?
